The NFL Trade Deadline is almost here, teams will look to add talent and others will look to trade talent away for more draft capital. Teams such as the New England Patriots and the San Francisco 49ers have already made big moves so far. 49ers traded for WR Emmanuel Sanders and the Patriots traded for WR Mohammed Sanu. With two big names off the trade block, what other players could be traded? Here are 9 trades that can happen by Tuesday.

#1 RB Kenyan Drake to the Detroit Lions for a 3rd round pick.

The Miami Dolphins are looking to add more draft picks to their overwhelming collection. Drake has been a named that teams have called on interested. The Lions would be a surprise landing spot for Drake but makes the most sense. The Lions lost their #1 RB Kerryon Johnson this past week due to injury and it looks like Johnson will not return this season. The Lions still think they can make a run for the Playoffs, Drake would help increase their chances.

#2 CB Chris Harris Jr to the Philadelphia Eagles for a 3rd Round Pick

The Eagles secondary has looked horrific this season. Lots of injuries have hurt them. Harris would be a great addition. He is a FA next season but the Eagles would try and resign him. The Eagles still have to matchup against WR’s Cooper, Sanu, Edelman, Lockett, Tate, and McLaurin. Harris might give this Eagles team more of a fighting chance in games.

#3 DE/LB Vic Beasley Jr to the Oakland Raiders for a 3rd Round Pick

The Oakland Raiders have come out and said they are going to be buyers at the deadline. The Sliver & Black lost LB Vontaze Burfict to suspension two weeks ago. Beasley Jr would help bring in more pressure and a veteran presence to the Raiders D. Beasley Jr is a FA at the end of the season. Raiders will most likely look to resign him.

#4 RB Melvin Gordon III to the Houston Texans for a 2nd Round Pick

Texans are a playoff team. Their run game is mediocre and Gordon would put them over the top. The Chargers are looking to trade him because they have Ekeler and young RB Justin Jackson. Gordon is a FA after this season so the Texans will look to probably resign.

#5 WR Davante Parker to the Green Bay Packers for a 3rd Round Pick

The Packers are in the market for a WR to get more weapons for Aaron Rodgers. Parker is a young receiver, who has proven himself. He is with Miami so us as fans haven’t seen his full potential. Miami would do this for draft capital.

#6 WR Robby Anderson to the Oakland Raiders for a 4th & 7th round picks.

Raiders have shown significant interest in Anderson. The scheme for the raiders is the West Coast Power run. It’s where the offense runs the ball down the opponent’s throat and then once in a while runs a play action downfield or a slant. Anderson and Tyrell Williams are speedy receivers and would be a good 1-2 punch for the Raiders.

#7 QB Marcus Mariota to the Chicago Bears for a 3rd & 4th round picks

Mitch Trubisky is not the answer at QB for the Bears. The Bears should trade for Mariota and test him out at QB for the remainder of the season. If it doesn’t work out, oh well. They can draft a QB or sign someone like Teddy Bridgewater.

#8 TE Tyler Eifert to the New England Patriots for a 3rd round pick.

The Patriots need a TE and the Bengals want more draft capital. Pretty simple. No need for a lot of Analysis.

#9 WR AJ Green to the Buffalo Bills for a 2nd and 4th round picks.

The Bengals did say they don’t want to trade Green. I believe they will. They are wanting teams to get desperate and overpay. Bills need a WR and Green would fit their scheme perfectly. It would help them stay competitive in the AFC.
